Michael Filzenger,a rep. for EVO Merchant Services came into our business Fantastic Sams in Port Charlotte,Fl. He said he could save us money on credit card services. He came in to set us up with our POS provider. At the time he came in with a very old machine. Looking at the unit we already had in place,he said we didn't need his,and would return it to Northern Leasing and cancel the lease agreement. He failed to do either,so we have been paying monthly for something we don't have or use.We are using our bank,Wells Fargo to process credit cards. We stopped paying Northern Leasing,so now they constantly call us harrassing us and saying they will ruin our credit.Numerous calls to Mr. Filzenger have gone unanswered! I did an online search for Northern Leasing,,low and behold,they have MANY complaints against them. we contacted the law firm that has a class action suit against Northern Leasing,sent them all docs. and contracts.This company has mant aliases..when they get busted,they re-name the company.In fact,the agreement we signed has LSI Leasing on the form! This has been going on for 2 years....HELP!!!!!
