I paid for Ipad2 3G Wifi 32 GB 500 USD,but since then no reaction.
They do not respond email anymore. Before they did and also respond to the Chat.
I see in my account on their webside hongvogue.com (in China)that my Ipad2 is shipped.
They promised to put a trackingnumber in my account and also send me a mail with the number.They did not.
Paid by Western Union.

  • This persons story is the same as mine I lost 600.00 on a tv Like you say at first everything seems to be going k but the closer you get to the end of tne deal things begin to get shady

  • Hey jbr, how long are you already waiting for your tv? I wait from 16 feb for my Ipad2. Can we take some action here? I still hope it will arrive because it is sended by cheap air mail as they say on their site? Do you know someone who really received somrting. Me not.

  • I have been waiting a month give or take a lil I wished I knew of something we could do We aint talking bout pocket change here Thats 500.00 with you and 650.00 with me I have bout givin up hope They wouldnt message me back and everytim that live chat got down to a certain time something would go wrong I tried different emails but they know the computer I wish you luck but dont get your hopes up as hi as did

  • file a complaint with www.ic3.gov and also file a complaint with western union they cant do alot but atleast we both will have a complaint and also go to your local police I cant even get on hongvongue site no more

  • I will make a complaint to Western Union. It is always the same name jinYong lin or so which receives the money. So it should be possible to trace him. My local police said Hongvogue is probably working together with a local Western Union in China.
    I tried to chat with hongvogue by other computers in other locations but they also do not react. This kind of normal looking websides should be banned. Did you receive a tracking number? Was it free shipping ?
    I triedvto phone them but the number does not exist??

  • No mail and no chat and no telephone reaction.
    Webside is accessable. I send them a mail in Chinese next week, if they do not refund, or send or confirm the Ipad2 ,they wil be and stay N1
    on scambook and Google Search. Also ic3.gov and local pol will be informed.

  • hey keep me posted Can you even get to thier website I cant it shows a 403 forbidden I still email them everyday and tell them what scum they are Italk so crazy to them that i wished they would call the cops but they know better
