Complaint 80996 Details

The website is a fraud. They start billing you under multiple different billing names such as:
(1)mybpinc.com
(2)silginc.com
(3)medcaphelp.com

Each of those websites pulled up my hungbfs.com subscription. When I click to cancel it says that my membership is already canceled, but it's not, and they keep trying to bill you under a new name. There was a $1 charge on my card just the other day for medcaphelp.com. Someone does answer the 800 numbers for the billing companies and claims that the memberships are for websites that I've never been to. It's the same person who supports all of the companies, so he may be part of the fraud. I can't say for sure but I have my suspicions. The only way to stop it is to close your credit card account completely.
