I canceled my account with Intelius in 2008. I have the documentation to prove it. I noticed a $19.95 charge in my account and after further investigation, I went back a few years and Intelius has been charging my account $19.95 a month for years! I called to investigate. They said they could take two charges off. I am now filing a complaint. It is a complete scam.
