My teenager must have filled out some form on-line and he received a letter with a check in it from Consumer Center Research. I can't afford to be scammed or have my identity stolen so I check out everything. Just Googling Consumer Center Research brought up all of these complaints. It appears that the last complaint on this site was in December 2011, but I received their letter in February 2012.....therefore they are still in business. People beware....and talk to your kids! They can become victims of scams and identity theft too! I will be taking the letter, the check and the envelope they came in to my local police department to file a report for fraud against Consumer Center Research.
