I ordered a free trial sample from this company for which I had to pay a $1.03. That same day they deducted another amount of $3.87 from my account. I have no clue what this is for. On February 17 another $78.41 was deducted. On February 18 I returned the full price package in the same box it was set to me. On February 28, I called the company to request that the 78.41 and the 3.87 be returned to my account. I did not authorize either deduction from my account. They told me they would refund $45.00 when I talked to some guy with broken English. Because I called them crooks for taking money that they were not authorized to take they hung up on me. This is not only false advertising but is also unauthorized credit card charging.
