I wanted to buy Embroidery PE-Design 7. I found it on web site sellao.com. It is like ebay but in china. I asked the seller if the software came with the cd, usb card writer module and a blank embroidery card. This person answered yes. So I looked everywhere on line to see if there were any reports about this web site. Nothing. I ask the same question again and got the same answer, that the software included the cd, usb card writer module and a blank embroidery card. The answer again was yes. So I went ahead and ordered it through moneybookers.com and received an email stated that the purchase was successful for embroidery brother PE-DESIGN 7. This was on July 9, 2011. On July 14, 2011 I emailed the seller AT: [email protected] and asked how long it would take to get the software as I was very excited to received it. Answer back I will mail in a few days and it would take 10-13 days to get to the USA from China. July 20, 2011 Received email stating the software was mailed. I received it on July 30, 2011 and when I opened it I did not received PE-DESIGN 7 with cd/usb card writer module and blank embroidery card....... instead I received PE-DESIGN 6 with a usb flash drive. No cd, no usb card writer module or blank embroidery card. The software has a security system in place which is in the usb card writer module. That is very important to have or the software doesnot work and without the blank embroidery card you cannot embroidery on your sewing machine. That is why I asked the question if those items were included. I emailed the seller and told them I was Very Upset as to not receiving what I ordered and what they confirmed they were selling. They offered to send me via network PE-DESIGN 7 which they say will work with the same flash drive. I told them that they lied to me and I wanted my money back or what I ordered. PE-DESIGN 7 with cd, usb card writer module and blank embroidery card. As of this morning July 31, 2011 I have not heard anything. I have notified the web page sellao.com of this seller. I transfered the money through moneybookers.com and I have notified them. I asked moneybookers.com if they could give me the name of the bank or credit card company they sent the money to. They have not answered yet. The website sellao.com has not answered yet. I have the mailing address of the seller: JiangHanQu Wu, HuBei 430022 China This address was on the package that I received. I told the seller that I would send back what they sent me if they returned my money. I told them that it was the right thing to do. When I picked up the package at the postoffice I had to show identification and sign with my name and address. By the way I can get PE-DESIGN 6 on ebay for $90.00.
