Royal Members Events and Services organized a family event and I specifcally requested a Pinot Noir to be served. I dont know what idiot the organizers got to buy the wine, but when they showed up with a Pinot Gregio I couldnt believe it. How can Royal members events and Services be Reno's most famous event company and they cant even get a wine purchase right!

- I should also note that the attitude i received from Ryan Jameson, my rep at Royal Members Events and Services, was appalling. How they remain in business is beyond me.

Thats horrible. A poor wine selection could ruin an event. I hope your guests were able to look past the wine and still enjoy your event.

- How could someone make such a dumb mistake? Whoever purchases the wine for Royal Members Events and Services should go back to school. Are there no better and more informed event planners in Reno other than Royal Members Events and Services???

- Royal Members Events and Services cant even get a wine purchase right!? And to think, they were going to get the job for my daughter's wedding.
