I AGREED TO TRY THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL ON APPROX. 6/10/11.IF NOT HAPPY I COULD CANCELAND OWE NOTHING WITH-IN THAT PERIOD. ON 6/17/11 AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO "CLEAN-UP AND SPEED-UP MY PC AND WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN BEFORE I CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION. ON 6/18/11 I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND SAW THAT THE $29.94 HAD BEEN TAKEN PLUS .30 FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. EVEN THROUGH I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO TRY THIS PROGRAM , I AM DISABLED ON A FIXED INCOME AND WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP !!!!
