I went to this site which is a penny auction. On their page they want you to sign up for free and enter your info in case you want to bid. This is what they lead you to believe. I did not bid on anything or agree to anything. This morning I looked on line to balance my checkbook and Zbiddy had debited 69.00 out of my account and it caused me to be overdrawn. I was charged 17.00 for overdraft charges. When I called Zbiddy they said they don't give refunds. I told them I didn't buy anything and I want my money back. Well I threatened them with everything and I cussed and raise all kinds of hell with them. I finally got them to say they would give me the 69.00 back within 5 days but they would not give me the 17.00 for overdraft. Well they can't say they were not warned. I contacted the attorney general, online fraud dept, Better Business Bureau and on facebook. I have no plans of stopping until I get all my money back and everyone knows what they are doing.

  • Do you really think you are going to make anyone believe that that many people misunderstands Zbiddy? This web site is designed to fool people into this or this would not happen to that many people. All these people can't be wrong. Tell that story to someone else. Why when I contacted the customer service I had to fight to get my money back. If everyone will get on the same page and call the BBB and AG we can stop this nonsense. I did my part. I contacted everyone I could to let them know what Zbiddy does. You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all the time.

  • Why do you take different amounts from peoples account? You take just what you can get out of their accounts. Some get $99 taken out and some get $159 taken out and you took $69 out of mine because you could not get anymore. You are scam artists and not very good business minded. All these people are not wrong. If you don't want this kind of negative attention, do right by people and don't let them guess at what is going on. Let them know up front. You know if you did no one would go for it, so you have to be deceiveful to get their money. Honesty is the best policy. You will not have all this if you just do what is right. Your business will never last running it like this. I have had a business and this is not the way you do it. You can try to convince people all you want with words but your actions speak louder.

  • You must me on a fraud Zbiddy site. There are many of them out there using the same name but you have to watch for lower case and upper case letters. The real address is www.zbiddy.com. Your registration is free. You don't have to buy any bid packs unless you want to bid. In fact you get free bids when you register just for trying them out. You even get free bids everyday you spin the wheel. And zbiddy doesn't have bid pack for $69 or $159. I've never had a problem with zibby. You also have to watch out for "links" which will take you to a fraudulent zbiddy website. I've never had any the real zibby. If you are on the correct website they will give your money back if the claim is true. But if you aren't good luck on getting your money back.

  • You sound like something that fell out of a well and got hit on the head with the bucket. You don't have a clue what you are talking about. They don't take the same for everyone. If you don't have that much in your account they take what is in there. Be sure you know what you are talking about instead of just spouting off something you don't know what you are talking about. Believe me I got the right site. If I had not, I would not have gotten my money back. Investigate more if you want to give any advice.

  • I'm glad you got your money back. I do know what I am talking about. There is no need to be a hateful. I was trying to help because there are fruadulent sites out there. I get emails from one. Since I don't know what I'm talking about you don't need to speak to your "bank" about getting your seventeen dollars back. However, if you bank won't refund your money due to the so call unauthorized transaction then maybe you should switch banks or maybe Zbiddy did have the authority to take the money out and the bank is saying "TO BAD." I can't imaganine my bank not returning the overdraft fee since it was unauthorized and illegal transaction. Sounds like you really don't have a clue so quit downing Zbiddy and me and who ever else. It makes you inferior not supierior. At least I'm intellegent enough to read the fine print and understand all transactions.

  • You are not near as intelligent as you think you are. You could not even spell intelligent right. If you are so smart then why are all these people getting scammed by zbiddy? And for your info my bank did return my fees which is really none of your business. I know what zbiddy did to me and you are just talking to hear your head rattle. One of those that likes to stick their nose where it does not belong. You don't fool any of us that got into this scammed with zbiddy. You work for them and you think your voice will help them but in the end you will see them for what they are.

  • Betty, do not pay attention to this "Stephanie". Zbiddy is so low that they even registered the domain called www.zbiddyscam.com where 'an independent' voice (yeah right) says that zbiddy is legitimate. Funny how all the Internet domain records for both zbiddy.com and zbiddyscam.com point to the same registrar - Mr Benjamin Grossman of Fresh Plains NY. Yeah right independent my (Inappropriate Content Removed). Betty this is part of the Modus Operandi of these people, they go to these message boards and pretend to be real people posting under fake names. They do this all over Youtube and other websites similar to Scambook. They also go so low as to create fake Facebook accounts by stealing real people's pictures and they create Facebook pages where they post as these fake people telling the same kind of propaganda and lies they do here. I call it their "Fake Social Environment" where they get to ask "questions" and "talk" to themselves as though they were different people. This SCAM goes well beyond the ripoff website called zbiddy.com They have armies of shills they hire (mostly from Asian countries as I have traced their IP) that go around these forums pretending to be real people that are not affiliated with zbiddy. I can tell you just how deep this rabbit hole goes if you really want to know.
