I signed up for a free trial for postage costs only to the UK. I found the product useless. Without asking they have sent another months supply and both products have charged me £67.41, at which cost I never would have considered the product.
This is a fraudluent scam.

Do you have any contact number for them? Cannot get in touch on the customer service number on my invoice.
Please advise if you manage to recover your money or you know a way to contact them.
