I got taken by these timeshare scam artist. They are good and have an answer for everything. Had deposit from buyer $ 4,000 non refundable. I was to cover past due maintance of $ 1600 incl. lates fees. But I had to come up with $1,500 dollars for title search and closing costs. I even spoke to the buyer a lenth he was a good ole boy retired. My timeshare was gonna be forclosed upon so the said thier legal department would handle that deadline was a week away. they did nothing and now I lost my timeshare that I could of used the $1500 to pay pastdue maintance charges.They wont answer my calls or call back.
