I have had 2 payments taken out of my account for Purecollagenx and purecollagencare with amounts of 84.28 and 84.23 respectively for a product that was a free sample of which only required 3.95 for postage. First payment was deducted on February 8th 2012 and the second was deducted on February 22nd 2012. I did not authorise these larger payments at all. It's a total rip off. Am I able to get my money back. Regards
