I was looking to get a payday loan online. I never did get a legit payday, but found that Blue Horseshoe Development somehow assessed my checking account information and posted an $200 check to my checking account!! WOW I am now attempting to work with my bank TCF t recover the overdraft fees and reverse the check! Wish me luck! I will never again go for payday loans again! Lesson learned. If it were up to me to get damages I just want my overdraft FEES returned as I am already in financial distress. $175.00
