I ordered what I thought was an authentic Toews Stanley Cup Fan Jersey.

What I got was a total knock-off and a COMPLETE FAKE!

Where do i begin:
The color was wrong
The patches were wrong
The stripes were wrong (dimension and material)
There was no Stanley Cup patch
The label was hand-stitched in (not a real Reebok)
The size was wrong
The Indian was wrong (color, size, details)

It was SO disappointing. I wanted to give my boyfriend that as an anniversary present and I had to show him because it was just embarrassing.

I contacted the seller (someone named Lisa) and they were not going to give a refund. said no one else complained. They offered me $10 to make up for the size being wrong and offered to send me another one AFTER I sent the first one back (on MY dime) and they received it.

I was pissed. asked them again - they said no.

So I called PayPal and opened up a claim. I reported the company as selling UNauthentic, illegal merchandise. the PayPal guy was so nice and agreed with me that sending it back meant they would just sell the same fake knock-off to someone else and this would never be stopped.

PayPal contacted the seller.

I received a full refund from the seller within about 3 hours.
The money was transferred back to my bank account in 1 day.

What I don't get is that they are still online and up and running. If this company is selling illegal goods and they are being shipped into the US, I would think they would be shut down or something.
