I got charged for $75 from BidRack. If they are professional company, they would let us know in front whether we are agree to pay for this much in order to start bidding, for example: they should have some offered packages stating this is how much to get this much bids or something like that. And it should be a very beginning before we start bidding too. I mean it feel like a ripped off because Ebay is not going to charge you a cent to bid until you win the bidding item, then you just pay for that amount of what you have won. So how the heck, it was free and then a minute later, it charged me for that much of amount and I was unaware of it (I bet everyone else too), until I check my bank account. Well, I am going to fight for it as well, and luckily, I have only click on a few items and have not won anything yet. I have only stayed on it for about 2 minutes. Yes, a 2 minute that cost me $75 for nothing, but a few clicks. To be honest if I knew it from the beginning, I wouldn't ever take a look at it, but somehow I didn't. Well, I just submitted the Refund Request and wait to see within the next 24 hours if they are going to grant that request and give me the full amount of refund, otherwise, I am going to contact my bank and report about it. If they are a trustworthy and professional company, they would give the consumers the choices to purchase the bid packages before charging them, and let the consumers decide whether or not, they would like to purchase the bid packages. Also, when I just first signup or register, they have not sent the confirmation email like any other websites did, when I first registered. To me, it looks like a SCAM.
