I was called at 9 am by male person informing me that I was having some trouble with my computer( which I was at that time)He then related the fact that he worked with windows and could fix the problem. He asked me which windows system did i use,Iproceeded to tell him "windows vista." No problem,he said I can fix that in no time .after about half an hour of playing around with arrows on my computer he said the problem was fixed but for a fee this could be cleaned out and would not happen again,He sure sounded very very convincing,and with no hesitation i gave him my visa information.As soon as i got off the phone from him ,i immediately phoned my daughter who advised me to immediately cancel my vsa card which idid.i tried calling this person back but no such number existed I immediately went to the bank branch who cancelled all my debit ,creditcards and also pin numbers. I tried on several occassions to call this company back without success.however a charge of 419.60 has appeared on my february visa statement,under the heading"DRI PACKAGE CARDQUERY COM
Iwant to request a refund re the amount of 419,60, this amount appeared on my new visa number.I certainly did not supply him with new number so the big quetions is------- WHO SUPPLIED HIM WITH MY NEW VISA NUMBER???
