I ordered a air of shoes...for the $39.95. I felt they were too high so I sent them back via Federal Express as directed...they gave me a credit...however I did not respond by a so-called email by the 5th of each month so they took 39.95 out of my account for April, May, and June. Each month when I called in and told them I wanted the charges reversed they said they would but the charges were NEVER put back into my account. I complained to my bank and my bank sent them this information and stated that it was unauthorized removal of funds from my account and Just Fab Shoes ignored/didn't respond back. Very unscrupulous business practices. to date am out 4X$39.95
