This company is terrible. Every month, you have to log onto the website and decline the books they've 'picked out for you' (really the more expensive ones on their site). I decline every month and save the confirmation emails and every month the books show up and my credit card (which you canot delete from their database) is charged around fifty bucks. You canot stop it, either. When you sign up, somewhere their fine print says that you have just agreed to purchase four books at 'member price'. Until you do, you cannot stop their 'services'. In addition, the site crashes every time you try to log in to decline their 'Featured Selections' so it takes forever. I keep sending their books back to them (I, of course, pay shipping) along with the confirmation email stating that I declined and have not yet received a refund or apology. This is ridiculous.
