I made a purchase at my local Peebles Store a month ago. At that time they asked if I would like a free magazine sent to my home as a courtesy of the store..of course I said yes....my bank account was recently charged $40.00 that I did not authorize. I am angry. This is fraud, deception and thievery under the guise of a gift. I fault Peebles for participating in this scam and BMS along with them...I would like to see Peebles and BMC made accountable for their actions...I as many of Peebles' shoppers am retired, on a fixed income and find this behavior reprehensible.
