I ordered 20 DVD's for $700.00 from him. He asked me to pay (and gave me an invoice) to pay $350.00 up front. I sent him the $350.00 and waited for the delivery. He then called and said he sent 30 DVD’s by mistake and wanted another $350.00 up front before delivery. I told him I only wanted the 20 DVD’s that we agreed upon. He said he could not do that and has failed to deliver my DVD’s. I am out $350.00 and $28.00 for the check.
