I made various purchases amounting to $296.20 during the Christmas holidays, from 12/8/11 thru 12/28/11, using my Merrick Bank credit card. As directed by Victoria's Secrets customer service department, I returned the items at their store in Pembroke Lakes, Florida on 1/3/2012. On 1/12/12 I received a credit of $190.38. Now I am having a dispute with VS about the $105.82. I really believed I was dealing with a reputable company.
