I ordered a free trail of this product ivorywhite and to pay shipping.amount 1.03.plus 3.87 that i was told by Joe that was a process fee.this is on 2/7/2012.On 2/21/2012 they took 78.41 with out my knowledge.when speaking to Joe he said no refund when asked to speak with a supervisor or manager said there is not one.I find this company to be a big ripoff and would like my 78.41 retuned and this should be known to the public that this is what this company dose
