In January 2010 .. my husband and I were trying to get a Loan modification .. Finacial remedies contacted us and told us that they had a 100 % money back if we didn't get our goal. I have the contract and a copy of my CC that was charged. The company helped us out for quite some time .. but when we really needed them the most they were not contact-able. I have been working on other things trying to figure out where to go .. as also we were denied a loan modification ontop of losing out on our 100% money back if we didn't get the loan.
