2 samples were purchased from Revitalize in January 2012 at a cost of US $12.77. There were no conditions that claimed further purchases were necessary. On the 13th February, 2 more payments were deducted from my account without my knowledge or authorization. No products have been received, and they are not wanted. An email was sent to [email protected] on 20th Feb, and an automated response was received :-
