Do not buy from this website. I should've known I was buying fake coach bags, why would Coach allow someone to sell there bags for 70% off? I assumed that it was like the Coach outlet stores-I guess never assume anything. I figured it out when I was charged and the name that charged me on my account was "FAWELIAO SDN BEIJING ", not from Coach. So I looked that unpronouncable name up on Google and every article said they were scammed with this. I of course was really angry, and contacted the fraudulent website; in broken not understandable English they emailed me that they already sent the bags, and in the very next paragraph asked if I wanted to cancel. I knew they hadnt shipped it because they were trying to confuse me, and I just wanted to cancel. It took 10 plus emails for them to "cancel" the transaction...meanwhile, they said they were going to contact the post office and have them return the bags to them. You cant mail something from China to the states and call a delivery service and have them deliver it back. Then they were nasty to me, and said I was a difficult customer-umm yea! when you try to scam me Im pretty difficult. So, I am waiting for them to reimburse me. My bank is involved at this point, I have some fraud protection. But Im still worried, I do not believe they are going to reimburse me at all. This website also said they were going to charge me some 10% of the order. Not if my bank has anything to do with it. So finally, do not order from this website, or any other coach discount stores, they do not exist online...I learned this the hard way. Losing almost $600 is very scary. Also be very aware when theres no legitimate contact number, and if it's foreign. Disgusting animals. I hope they get whats coming to them soon.
