Responded to ad reference Chow Chow puppy for sale. Wired deposit to Kearbey. She has not produced puppy or refunded deposit. Have made several attempts to contact, phone disconnected and while she responded to e-mails each time she provided a different excuse-first week was the death of her father ( understandable) second week was that her father was dying..now she is not responding at all. Research (wish it was done prior to deposit) shows she has been charged with several theft/fraud type crimes. Since I first posted warning on craigslist. I have received several responses from others this has been done to.
