I was contacted by Ned D. Harris representing Northeast Community Financial telling me that I was approved for a $10,000 loan. I was in the market for a loan for that amount. He said that I was pre-approved but that I would need to secure the loan by making the first 6 months worth of payments up front for $1324.00. He sent over the appropriate documents by email. I read the documents and signed and sent them back. He instructed me on the procedure I would need to take to send the money via Western Union. I went that day and sent him the money and per his instructions made a photo copy of the receipt showing the MTCN number. The next day I received a call from a Richard Davidson saying that they had received my payment but there was a problem with my loan and it had been turned over to him for review. He said that due to my credit I would need an additional payment. I told him couldn't and wanted a refund which I have not recieved. The phone number for them is no longer in service.
