I know this is something that you may not handle but I have to tell as many people as I can. We have been living in three years of hell from Citi Financial Auto who hire Santander Consumer USA to collect our car and truck payments. Both of these company would call us 15 -20 a day cause emotional stress. They would force us against will to give them our check account information to deposit check without telling us and cost us additional fee and the closing of one our account. We told we did not want to pay this way but they told that if we did not make post dated check that management would review our account for possible repo. We write and stop the phone. May 2011 our statement stop come. On January 3, 2012 I call and make oral arrangements to pay two payment by January 12, 2012 and they would change the due date and I would be current acting in Good Faith on my part. But on January 4, 2012 they in light darkness and repo my only way of going to work. We have been living in home that has no main heat for two years out of fear of losing our cars. They took my car four month earlier. Our gas got cut off two years ago because we were force to give them a payment instead of paying our gas bill. The company wants that bill plus a large deposit to cut it back on. Do we not have any rights. If we are exspect to do what we promise why does the finance companies not have to do the same? If I orally agreed to make payment in Good Faith why does the finance companies not have act in Good Faith?
We do own a car of any kind right now. I just do not want anyone else to have to live the way that we have over the past three years. We have been abuse, emotionally mistrested and threatened by these company. We have been talk to less than the humans. We have been told why do we pay our bills and they would have to call us. They forced us to live under Moral Duress and Legal Duress by doing things against our will.
