i applied for a loan modification with citizens financial group on oct 7th 2011 and was supposedly pre -qualified to reduce my current mortgage with my lender. i was promised a 100% money back guarantee if i did not get approved. i was denied by my mortgage lender and have written several e-mails and phone calls with no response by citizens financial group. i paid 2500.00 for this loan modification and they knew i was borrowing this money out or my retirement to hopefully reduce my current mortgage payment. i have been scammed and feel devastated!
