This charge appeared on my credit card statement. I searched for the company name and phone number listed on the statement and found several posts regarding other people having similar charges, as well as a BuffaloNews.com article about someone being scammed by this company. My credit card company quickly credited the small amount back and said they are not pursuing the dispute since it's such a small amount.
Update: 02/25/2012
I contacted the credit card company again about this, they insist on letting the scammer continue their mischief. I received my replacement card today and will sure to watch out for a charge appearing as:
