This is so disgusting, it's hard to put into words. And these people called me. I was having an interesting day until the phone rang.
This lady is on the phone saying she can lower my interest rates. I
was listening but I've heard this before. She was a real fast talker, but I was waiting for my wife to get home so I could leave because I had a few things I had to take care of, so when she finally arrived, I hand my wife the phone, told her what was going on, and if she wanted to hear what she had to say, she could , so my wife took the phone and I was gone. I had a nice surprise when I came home.
Floretta doesn't like to do business on the phone and she doesn't have authorization for my card, she doesn't like plastic anyway, but that lady talked her into signing, along with a few others on the other end and we were out 549.00 for them to sort of keep an eye on my card? My wife is a good girl but she suffers from manic-
depression, or bi-polar disorder and when peole start talking real fast to her she gets all flustered. These people had a recording and I listened to it and you could tell Flo was having trouble finding her
words. There was three people that she talked to but they only had
the recording of the last person and I would like to listen in on what
the first two had to say and how they said it to her. Flo gave them my card number and authorized payment.
We tried to fight it but the people at my card services company said that they did all the right things to win back their refund. They out and out said that we were frauding our card service and called us liars ,and that the AVS was an exact match, and that I even signed for their package through the post office. They think that I signed for their delivery but me and the wife were both gone and my son James Michael signed for it. I don't have a middle initial and who is frauding who if they say they have an exact match of the signature. I threw their paperwork in the garbage. I don't want anything to do with those people, so anyway , what if anything can I do about this and we don't know what to think aboout this.
They sent me a letter saying I had few more days to dispute the case. It was sent on Feb.08, we received it on the 13th and it was over on the 14th.
