i cancled in may 2011, not only did they not do it ,i have been charged over $200.00. i even got got a new card and they are still getting into my acc.they have billed me 3 times for $27.76 and as of today i have code them back 4 dvds, and only had one of them @$27.76 put back into my acc. i have not been able to get on line with the or get anybody to talk to me about it. canceled it for the #2 timestoday. how can i get something done about this?

  • I don't know how to make them cancel, but the only way to get them to stop charging your account is to go onto their website and decline their Director's Selection on the top right of the page. Every month. This is insane.
