I received in the mail a letter from Publisher Lottery Promotion and a check for $5,200.00. I deposited this check and was told by a Mr. Joseph Ramos and Mike Tobias (prize award Administrator) that the check from The Home Depot was a good check and was one of the sponsors. This check would pay for the administration fees and taxes. I withdrew $3,400.00 and sent 3,200.00 to a Russell Houston 201 Parker Ave. Killeen, Tx 76541 by money gram. I did nothing else after being told the check was a fraud. I re-payed the bank and the account was closed.
