Ordered the complete Muppet show dvd set for a Christmas present, they arrived in time and on Christmas day when opened, I noticed the audio lags the video on several disks. Contacted the company Jan 13, resulted in "Debbie" replying with "will reship Tuesday" I then emailed again on Jan. 30 asking what is the status on the re-shipped dvd set. Debbie replied with "I am checking on your reship. Please give me some time" so I waited until Feb 13 and emailed again.. Debbie answered I am checking on it, Please give me some time. my reply email was more to the point demanding a time frame on a replacement. replied with "We thank you for your patients. I am not sure want is going on and I am looking into it myself. You do not have to return the dvd's and we will reship if it has not been already. I am giving you my word that with in 24 hours we will.

Customer Support"

I am sure this is still just another put-off, but why answer the emails at all if you don't intend on doing anything about it? I shall be watching my bank statement!!
