I today received a pot of cream by NZ postal mail which I am reluctant to use…what is it???

I checked my credit card details this afternoon to discover that I had been charged for 2 pots of cream late January plus further added two costs as stated below (I am guessing a 2nd pot may arrive in the post any day soon?! Have I been charged for two orders?)

So from RELIFTXS.COM Watford GB $4.01 charged 24th January
YOURMETABODY.COM61390016757 MU $3.98 charge 26th Jan. This I understand to be the $2.95 ??US$ postage charge. I thought I was emailing for one sample order to Australia!

Additionally I have been charged NZ$109.39 by RELIFTXS. COM Watford GB on 10th Feb 2012 and yesterday 14th Feb 2012 NZ$97.98 by a different ‘company’ EXTSUPPORT.COMSALT LAKE CITY Utah.

I was not aware of any part of my order form saying that I had to pay any further cost on top of $2.95 for the one sample pack.
The package was posted from Sweden but has two addresses on it, the other from Salt Lake city, Utah.
