I brought a trail offer for £5.95 and paid with my Debit Card on the 24th January 2012.Then today i see they have taken another unauthorized payment for £54.95 from my bank,i do know know how to get hold of them..I live in France but i used my English bank account to purchase this item,and i have not received anything from them.Please can you help me. I will be ringing my bank tomorrow to stop any further payments,and ask if i can get the money they have taken back,If they say NO what can i do...Mrs C .Chudleigh
