It was October 16, 2010. There was a knock on my apartment door. I answered and standing at my door where two men. One of the men introduced himself as Jamison Ward and that they were selling magazines to earn a trip across seas. They then told me that any magazine I purchased would be given to a children's hospital for the children. Well I thought that was a good idea and purchased the "Turtle" magazine for St. Mary's Hospital floor 2. I handed over my check and the men walked away. The next day it hit me, maybe I should have checked this company out before I bought from them. well I went online and checked them out and found some very disturbing information about Someday Sales! I thought to myself well I can cancel the order (according to the form) as long as I do it within 3 days from date of purchase, so I did. I filled out the little form and mailed it to the address that is on the form. Now the form does say allow 120 days for delivery, and well it has gone way past that date. Well that was October 17th I mailed it and I have not heard anything since then. I have contacted the owner of Someday Sales Inc., Dave Fussell at P.O. Box 574, Arden, NC 28704, phone number 770-851-2753. by phone (left 2 messages, now when I call it says mailbox is full) and by mail (3 letters). I have also contacted the BBB in Asheville, NC and they too also tried to contact Someday Sales and had no success so they have referred me to North Carolina Attorney General/Consumer Protection Office. I am at a loss on what to do and am hoping to get some answers soon. Meanwhile I am even on the hunt for Jamison Ward, who knows if that is his real name.
