I ordered a supposely trial sample with $4.99 shipping fee to be charged to my credit card, in August 2011. I received the sample but on 09/2011 my credit card was wrongfully and unknowingly charged $74.98. I did not authorized this charge nor did I order or receive anything for the charge. I am still getting charged.

To resolve this issue, I had to cancel my credit card to stop the continuing charges. And lose the money that was taken from my account. How do you continue to charge for something that you never receive afterwards.
