I had paid for their survices to patnet/market my invention, $399 for a patnet serach $699 for PPA fileing and $1999 for a online porfolio and marketing almost 12 mounths later before my PPA protection ran out I discovered that the marketing I payed for was not what the company advertised and expreesed also a rep-named ed rupp had told me not worry about the 12 mounth PPA running out I was covered and protected by a new law passed by congress, I asked for a refund due to false info and false hope also on the grounds of untruthful business and advertising they only agreed to pay me back $999.50, this company lied from the star claming to take a percentage of money I had paid them for their business which wasnt what I paid for.
