Like other customer repoted . a month ago I responded to an ad from this company offering a free trial kit of their electronic cigarette . All I had to pay is a the shipping and handling cost , about $4.95 . I received the trial kit as they promised (one electronic cigarette,one battery, one charger and a one month supply of nicotine cartridges.
On Feb 10/2012 I receive 3 packs each of 5 cartridges of nicotine for 59.95 and 9.95 shipping and handling total of 69.90.
today Feb 13/2012 I called their customer servcice (1 877 381 613) to ask for a refund and be reimbursed for something I did not order.
a childish female voice answered, she was rude,stated that I should have read the fine print in the offer. when i asked to talk to her supervisor she tried to convince me to keep the cartridges and accept a 50% refund. I refused and informed her that I already read the multiple complaints about her company .I informed her that I will dispute the charge through my visa card company . She kept repeating thank you . Interestingly my visa card customer service informed me that there was acharge of 109.42 charged on 1/24/2012 a few days after I responded to their 4.95 dollars offer .I was not aware of this charge . So basically it is not only a company that takes advantage of people " not reading the fine print " but also a company that steels credit card numbers to charge whatever they want any time they want. my credit card company blocked the card as if it were stolen . They will send me anew card within the next few days.
