We are a Roofing Contractor in Riverside Ca and Sensible Home Warranty called and faxed us to repair a roof in Lake Arrowhead Ca for the agreed price of $980.00. We did the repairs and never got paid and they will not answer our phone calls of which we have left over 25 phone messages along with the homeowner to try to resolve this matter. They are a scam and I would suggest that any homeowner steer clear of this company at all costs!!! There is a better company by the name of First American Home Warranty that is very reputable and been in businees for a while.
