I order a free sample on Dec 31 2011 for approx $10.00. Received two full size products and then one month later they debited my visa card for another set of products. I have not received these as yet. I was never told that it was an autoship auto deduction or what the full price of the product was. I will be going to my bank to report this unauthorised deduction but realise I will have to cancel my credit card now as I assume they will continue to use it. Has anyone managed to contact them regarding this?
