I RECEIVED FUNDS ON A CARD AND NOW I AM BEING CHARGED FOR A CASH PURCHASE IN EAST HAMPTON. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OUT OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI. SO HOW IS IT THAT I AM BEING CHARGED. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT THE CARD NUMBER BUT I DO WANT A REFUND..
