I ordered a pair of shoes from this website at the end of December and paid by debit card. I received email confirmation that my order had been placed and that they would be shipped soon. I didn't hear anything else for a week so I started emailing. I didn't get ANY responses, but the shoes came in the mail about a week after that. The problem is, they didn't fit. The company had advertised them as a US 6/EUR37 (I wear a US6), but a EUR37 does not equal a US 6, it is a US 7 (I didn't know this at the time. I just assumed they were right and EUR37=US6.) So I've emailed them at least 4 times since then asking for an exchange (the website CLEARLY states that they accept exchanges, which is the only reason I ordered from them). I haven't heard a word. So I'm stuck with these shoes. I tried to sell them on eBay, but of course they're fake designer brand so eBay kicked off my auction. I continue to email them almost daily but still haven't received any response.
