I ordered some laptop bags and some tracksuits from this company.
I had no idear that this company was selling fake copys of the real juicycouture fashion label, and they were bases in hong kong.
I made my order with them and payed via debit card.
They emailed back 3 days later to say that the bag that they had sold me was not in stock and would i like a another one.
I did not like the look of the replacment bag as it looked like a fake copy ,so i told them to cancel the order. They said they would refund me back the money onto my card but their would be a reduction for a transfer fee. I then stupidly made another order with this company for £134 in total as they said if you spent this amount with them the £34 shipping charge would be free. One week later after checking my bank acount i realise that they had not refunded me for the first order but they had also taken money from my card for the second order, which they had no intention of delivering to me.
3 weeks later after numeroes emails to them about them ripping me off, they desided to ignore my emails and change their web address. I am sure i am not the only one that has been taken for a ride my this ripp-off merchants . Please any one in the uk do not buy from them they will ripp you off one way or the other dont be fooled by their false glossy advertising.
I now have to see if i can reclaim this money from my bank account
but as i paid with my debit card i dont think this is a possibilty
PS they are also ripping of the real Juicycouture is this a copyright law were they say you cant sell fakes of someone eles work.
do the real JuicyCouture no about these fakes in hong kong ripping off their work? if not someone needs to tell them and shut these hongkong fakes down.
