I started working for a company named Allegiance Auto Shipping who a year later switched over to United Freight of America (UFA) due to the fact they had such bad ratings on websites including the BBB. They recently also opened up another auto shipping company Impact Auto Transport so they can switch over again once their rating are so bad no one will give them a credit card number. As time progressed I started noticing how they were scamming customers and charging credit cards without rendering services. The number of credit card charge backs was astronomical.
I started questioning the owners about policies and procedures and what do you know suddenly my paid vacation days and paid sick days were all used even though I had really not used them. I sent Yael, Adi and Sagi Gabison an email about why I was not paid even though I was supposed to be and the next morning I received an extremely unprofessional email and then was called by Yael (elle) and told not to reply to her email even though everything in it was false and 100% inaccurate. They quickly terminated me and refuse to pay me for all my sales.
They are a broker for auto shipping so you get paid on orders that are shipped. Once a vehicle has been assigned to a carrier its considered payable. Well they will not pay me for my orders and refuse to email me my sales report from the system that states the number of orders and the status meaning whether they are dispatched, picked up or delivered. I saw first hand how all their sales staff was not paid once they left the company or were terminated so I should have known they would do the same to me. They simply tell you the orders are cancelled or that there are no records. I have emailed countless times asking to please send me my Historical Status report and money owed and they just ignore me. It took them almost 2 months to call me and tell me they had a check for $50 and if I wanted to be paid for more of my orders making it a total of $600 I had to sign a legal contract waiving rights for unemployment or the right to go after them for the rest of my money. I am a single mom and they thought since they took the company car I paid for out of my payroll money and refuse to pay me the remaining balance on my sales, I would be desperate enough to sign off.' They try to manipulate you and put you in corners so you are forced to make decisions in their favor.

Its sad that we live in a country where people from all over the world have the opportunity to come here to work and then some simply come here to take advantage of our rights. All I ask is that I get paid for the orders I booked and got shipped. They charge the costumers so much money yet they refuse to pay their employees.
Stay away from UFA, Allegiance Auto and Impact Auto Transport its all the same people and you have to wonder why they operate under so many names. As auto shippers they are highly overpriced and will charge your credit card whether they ship your car or not. Read their terms very carefully and if they charge you dispute it with your credit card company. They are not legally responsible if anything happens to your car during transit even though they tell you its 100% insured. There are plenty of complaints at the BBB and other sites about them.
As employers they are horrible. They discriminate against many and bottom line they keep you hard earned money. The proof is in the pudding. These people refuse to email the Historical Status Report for the simple reason that they do not want to pay me what they owe me. They even appealed my unemployment by saying I walked out on my job. In todays economy what kind of single mom would do that. While I did not agree with their practices I do have a 4 year old to feed and needed another place of employment before giving my 2 weeks.
