In August 2011, I complete the personality quiz from JustFab.com. The offered me 50% off the first pair of shoes and future purchases would be $39.95. On January 25, 2012, I looked at my credit card statement to realize JustFab was automatically deducting $39.95 every month from my account even though I never made an additional purchase with them after the initial one in August 2011. After calling to report these charges, they stated I was enrolled in the VIP program which enabled JustFab to automatically charge my account even though I never selected any items for purchase. In addition, this monthly charge would go into a credit points system to be used later ONLY for future purchases and that it could not credited back to my card or that I could not receive a monetary refund for it. I was outraged and violated at this misleading advertisement. If any business is going to automatically charge your credit or debit card, there should be systems in place to ensure you agree with that deduction, not some fine print, automatic "check box" that most people can't see. Most reasonable people would not agree to something they have no choice in how their money is spent. If there is any assistance you can provide in helping me get a credit back to my account, it would be greatly appreciated.
