My computer was getting slow after I had just had it cleaned out. I somehow saw the Ad for Speedy PC PRO and signed on. I was asked to pay for two items and did. The items more than intimated that that amount would pay for cleaning up my PC. Someone from India responded. That should have been the first warming sign. After an extremely lengthy process where I was shown that my PC was in critical condition, I was informed that there were many options that were costly that I could take but that if I would pay $200.00 additional I would get a Microsoft Tech who would take care of my computer for an entire year. As I had not card to charge the fee to at that time, I was going to have to wait until I received my new card. There was no discussion which I could understand that explained why I thought Speedy PC was going to speed up my computer for $39.94 but did not. As soon as I got off the phone, I began having trouble with my PC and lost some of the options I had with programs. My computer was down for about a day and still does not work as fast nor do I have as much access to my options. Now, I am forced to pay the additional $200.00 to Microsoft through Speedy PC or live with the condition of my computer or have it corrected by another entity. My time is valuable as well. This will probably wind up costing me the price of a new computer and not just the two company's fees. Plus, based on my experience so far how do I know it will be Microsoft who will conduct the repairs? I consider Speedy PC and Microsoft's actions in this case to not only be False Advertising but Bait and Switch and Fraud. With as many complaints as I see posted now, it is unclear how they can continue to commit these actions. Can anyone explain?

Update: 02/04/2012

I have copies of my receipt, transcript of part of the conversation (Speedy PC pro's side as they had to type it as I could not understand them) and the cost of my current computer. I just was unable to provide them at this time but will if asked.
