Well first off i was contacted my a person calling himself Jason Walker a loan agent with Lansview Financial Group saying i was approved for a $5000 loan.A secured loan that is.I had to pay $786 upfront to get the loan.They emailed me a bunch of paperwork that included a Promissory Note,Loan Agreement,Collateral Options.My monthly payment was to be $154.39 every month for 60 months.A 7 percent rate,i thought this was pretty good, for i have bad credit.So i did a little research on the internet and couldn't find anything bad about the company.I didn't have $786 and i had to borrow from family members,2 payday loans companies for the money.I got the money together and was informed that i had to wire the money through Western Union to person named Kirk Storer in Canada.So i thought this was strange because they are located in Boston and this person is in Canada.I was informed that he is the lender an lives in Canada.Ok i wired the money and that cost me an addtional $66 an i was told my $5000 would be in my account within 24 hours.The next day i get and call from a Restricted number, it was another repersentive from their company saying my loan was rejectrd for insurance purposes.That is in case something happen to me they would still get all of their $5000 back.The lender said the cost of this insurance was to expensive to maintain on the loan,pure lies.Late in the day i was told my money would be refunded in the next few days.I called them back daily and after a few days i was told it would be 2 weeks minium before i would receive a refund, company policy.I told the rep you all are scam artist.He replied that they have been in business for over 15 years an that they wouldn't do such a thing for a small amount of money.I waited for a week an called back and was told it was to soon.called the week after that an the telephone # was now unavailable.They got me good, they had very professional paperwork and a company name with a actual location.I believe that they just used the name as a front.
